Day 7 workout tip: Limit your carb intake
Carbs are an energy source that gets burned first. If you don’t ingest them, your body will look elsewhere for sources of energy. That is when stored fat gets burned. Foods with protein and fat will make you feel full. Carbs won’t. That’s the premise behind the success of both the Paleo and Atkins “diets”. I hate the word “diet” as it sounds so temporary. Instead, I recommend permanently changing your eating habits to low carb. It has worked for me for two years.
