How a friend lost 50 lbs

Here is a response from my Facebook page inquiry about how a lady lost 50 lbs.

Hi Scott, I lost 50 lbs. Started out basically following the low carb plan and one day I suddenly realized I no longer had cravings for the things I used to love the most – hash browns, ice cream, chocolate. Once the weight starting coming off I incorporated a work-out plan to include kick boxing, hiking and weights. It goes without saying that it helped my self-esteem, but the major plus is how much better I feel. Still have work to do, but plan to stay on the right track from now on. Thank you for your friendship before, during and after the transformation!
