Yesterday was a long one setting up blogs and linking them but I still got a workout in. I worked from 7 AM until 8:15 PM. I relaxed for a little and then did shoulders from 9 PM until 10 PM. I then did abs until 10:30 PM. The main point is to do your workout even if it’s late in the day. Even if I feel tired, it rejuvenates me. Then I sleep very well although it might take a half hour to come down from the workout breathing and blood pumping.
