Day 4 Take a day off
It’s ok to take a day off now and then. You won’t gain the weight back if you miss a day here and there due to schedule, commitments, weather, or to recover from illness. Your day off should be legitimate or planned. It should not be the result of excuses or laziness. If your routine is fun, you will most likely not miss a day and find a way to somehow get it done. As Vince Lombardi said, “You gotta play with the little hurts.” Making excuses to miss your workout only hurts you. Take a day off but not six days off… put a lot of work in so far. Why waste the effort?
